The Red
Cross Club is ready for the spring semester with lot's of fun events to
plan and participate in. Throughout this semester we will continue to
build the clubs foundation by recruiting new members, becoming more
active on campus and by starting some new Red Cross Club traditions. We
welcome new members and encourage you to contact us if you would like

- The Red Cross Club will be taking t-shirt
orders at our March 4th meeting and they will cost $13.50 and are
available to everyone. The design is Cy leaning on a Red Cross with
"Iowa State Red Cross Club" written under that put onto a gray t-shirt.

Event: "Bring A Friend" Project
Date: All Red Cross Club Meetings During the Spring Semester 2008
Details: If
your a current ISU Red Cross Club member OR want to be a member bring a
friend to our next meeting and get a fun give-a-way!Then at the end of
the semester be entered to WIN a gift certificate from a local
business! So don't forget to BRING THOSE FRIENDS!
Event: CPR Saturday
Date: March 22,2008
Details: This
event will take place at the Ames Library and there will be two sesions
available 9:30am -12:00pm and 12:30pm-3:00pm and each will include
certification in Adult CPR and AED training. This event is open to
everyone. For certification card and booklet the cost is $10. To
register you can call the Lincoln Way Chapter.
Events: Relay For Life
Date: March 28-29, 2008 7pm-7am
Details: The
club has put together a team to participate in Relay For Life! If you
are interested the sign up fee is $10 and you can get more information
from Jennifer and she can be reached at Jennifer.L.Kramer@gmail.com or
ask any Red Cross Club member!
